DFM-T540-3

1、3Z轴共享同一工作台加工，具有高速度，将获益于刀具刀径尺寸偏差精位补偿，亦可同时加工相同或不同产品。

2、加装探针可采集3组相同或不同的轮廓的产品。

3、圆盘式旋转刀库，结构功能整合，避免系统和虚拟功能上的蔽漏得到大力的防护。

4、一组程序可同时启动控制3组通道，在同一时间内同时加工3件产品，也可3组不同程度分别给三个通道加工不一致产品。

1.The Three-channeled independent axial drive has a big advantage as each independent axial drive is able to intelligently compensate back its position

when there is deviation of path and processing of the same or different products can be done at the same time.

2.Adding a probe on each spindle to collect either 3 identical or 3 different product contours, outline and profiles.

3.The integrated structural capability of the Disc-type rotary tool magazine enhances a

strong protection against the system and virtual function leakage.

4. A set of program which is controlled simultaneously to control 3 channels, and simultaneously process 3

products at the same time, or three channels to operate independently to process 3 different products at the same time.

高稳定性大理石机身，可同时一次对三个产品铣、雕、钻孔、攻牙等一系列加工。

Due to the high-stability structured marble body, milling, engraving, drilling and tapping of three products can be done at the same time.

DFM-J750-3II

3Z轴共享同一工作台加工，具有高速度、高效率的特性，可进行小巧、多孔、攻牙、批量、轻小型金属的高速铣、削、打孔、攻牙等加工。

High speed, high efficiency, small exquisite tapping, large volume high-speed washing of small size metal pieces, cutting, punching, tapping and other processes can all be done on the three-station workbench.
